About Rich Hottinger

He is originally from Mahopac, New York, and relocated to Florida in 1996. He brings to his experienced real estate career additional long-standing business acumen and accomplishments. He has served in a number of professional capacities including as General Partner of Mabon Nugent & Company Stockbrokers and as one of three founding partners of Prebon Money Brokers in 1984. Involved with several mergers and acquisitions, he served as Chairman of the worldwide operation from 1987 to 1989, consisting of 13 offices and 1,100 employees. He retired from that industry in 1991 as Chairman of the New York office.

 

After moving south to Florida and calling Hammock Dunes Private Community the family’s home, he not only pursued real estate but also became actively involved in the renowned Hammock Dunes Club, serving on the Men’s Golf Association, the Club Advisory Committee, the Advisory Governing Committee, and as a Member of the Club Board of Directors tasked with Developer turnover to Members. Additionally, he chaired the Green Committee. He is a career business professional, an avid golfer, generous in knowledge, and personally dedicated to customer client satisfaction.
